3 different vinaigrettes for your salads

Grape Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

– 8 to 10 red Vitta Fresh grapes
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Extra virgin white vinegar
– Honey
– Salt and pepper

Preparation method:
Chop the grapes into small pieces (discard the pepa) and place them in the
blender along with 300ml of olive oil (variable amount according to the days of use
as desired), 1/3 extra virgin vinegar of the total amount of oil, ½ tablespoon
of honey and a pinch of salt with pepper to taste. We shred all well
ingredients and our grape vinaigrette will be ready.

Radish Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

– 50g of radishes cut into
juliana by Vitta Fresh
– Olive oil
– Extra virgin white vinegar
– A cup of water
– Salt and pepper

Preparation method:
First we extract 50g of radishes in julienne from its presentation Vitta Fresh ready
to use and place it in a blender next to 300ml of white vinegar, a
tablespoon of olive oil and salt with pepper to taste. To the rhythm of crushing

Pomegranate and Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

– 3 grenades from the Vitta Fresh field
– 2 oranges from the Vitta Fresh field
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Red wine vinegar
– Salt and pepper

Preparation method:
Squeeze the juice of pomegranate and oranges over a bowl for later
add 250ml of red wine vinegar with a tablespoon of extra olive oil
Virgin and salt with pepper to taste. Beat the ingredients with balloon whisk until
that accentuated and finally we will have a vinaigrette ready to use.
