The weekend arrived and with this the moment to have a taste out of routine. Why together
At Vitta Fresh we have two insurmountable tickets for you to conceal with the family.

Chicken skewers with mushrooms and vegetables

– 1 chicken breast cut in
– 2 to 3 slices of Vitta Fresh pineapple
– 1 pepper
– Metal or wood skewers
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Lemon juice
– 2 ground garlic cloves
– Natural honey
– Salt and pepper

Preparation method:
We will start by making a marinade sauce by placing in a bowl 5 tablespoons of
olive oil, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ground garlic, two
tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoons of mustard and salt with pepper to taste. We mix
the ingredients until a dressing is achieved. After that place the chicken dice and
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Once the chicken dice are prepared, we will assemble the skewers by placing a dice
of pineapple one of pepper and another of chicken, and so on on the skewer of
wood or metal until all is filled leaving 5cm of an edge.
Finally we will place the skewers on a plate, grill or barbecue well
greased and we will turn every 3 of the next 15 minutes (In turn use
a spoon to pour the marinated sauce) and they will be ready to serve.

Vegetables cream


– 400g of baby spinach Vitta Fresh
– 200 g of potato
– 2 carrots from the Vitta Fresh field
– 1 allo of celery from the Vitta field
– 1 onion from the Vitta Fresh field
– 2 liters of water
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper

Preparation method:

First, we will boil the water in a pot. While it is heating
we will cut the Vitta Fresh vegetables into cubes and crush them with the potato in
squares in a blender until it forms a paste.
When the water is boiling we put the pasta in the pot after having gone through a
strainer and wait for it to cook for 20 to 30 minutes while adding salt and
pepper to taste as we beat the mixture until it becomes a cream
uniform. Once cooked the cream can be served and decorated with parsley leaves.
